The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Institute of Standards and Technology announced today that Daon, an IdentityX affliate, has received a grant to conduct a pilot in support of the National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC). The NSTIC pilots involve identity solutions that increase confidence in online transactions, prevent identity theft, and provide individuals with more control over how they share their personal information.
